Waitlist & Beta Access Terms

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in NeedX — the everyday app for everything you need. These Waitlist & Beta Access Terms (“Terms”) govern your request to join the NeedX waitlist or beta program (“Waitlist”). By submitting the signup form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.

In these Terms, “NeedX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the team operating the NeedX product. “You” and “your” refer to the person submitting the form.

1. What the Waitlist Is

The Waitlist lets you register your early interest in NeedX before its public launch. Joining the Waitlist is a request to be considered for early or beta access — it is not a purchase, a subscription, an account, or a binding promise of a product or service.

2. No Guarantee of Access

Submitting the form does not guarantee that you will receive access to NeedX, early features, or the beta program. We may grant access in stages, by region or district, by profession, or on any other basis we choose, and we may change or close the Waitlist at any time. We may also decline or remove any registration at our discretion.

3. Information You Provide

To join, you provide your name, mobile number, profession, and district. By submitting the form, you confirm that this information is accurate, that it belongs to you, and that you are entitled to share it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to join the Waitlist.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• manage the Waitlist and assess and prioritise early or beta access;
• contact you about NeedX, including launch updates, invitations, onboarding, and related announcements;
• understand the interest, profession mix, and geographic spread of early demand so we can plan the rollout; and
• improve NeedX and prepare for launch.

We treat your information as described in our Privacy Policy (where published). We do not sell your personal information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By joining the Waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us at the mobile number and through the channels you provide — including SMS, messaging apps, voice calls, and email if supplied — relating to NeedX, the Waitlist, and the beta program. Standard message and data rates from your network operator may apply. You can ask us to stop these communications, or to remove you from the Waitlist, at any time using the contact details in Section 11.

6. No Fees

Joining the Waitlist is free. We will not ask you for payment, card details, bank information, passwords, or one-time codes to join. If anyone requests such details in the name of the NeedX Waitlist, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

7. Beta and Pre-Release Nature

NeedX is under active development and is offered, when access is granted, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Early and beta versions may contain errors, may change, may be interrupted, and may be withdrawn without notice. Features described before or during the Waitlist may differ from, or never appear in, the final product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding the Waitlist or any early access, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your participation.

8. Your Conduct

You agree to provide only your own genuine information, not to submit false, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent registrations, and not to use the Waitlist for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm NeedX or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

NeedX, the NeedX and NeedTown names, logos, designs, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors. Joining the Waitlist gives you no licence or right to use them except as we expressly permit.

10. Changes, Suspension, and Withdrawal

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Waitlist or beta program, in whole or in part, at any time. You may withdraw from the Waitlist at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
